Amaranthine is a 2-column, clean and professional wordpress theme by gazpo.com. The Theme supports WordPress Custom Menu, Custom Header and Custom Background. Easily customizable with theme options. The theme supports threaded comments with gravatars. Doesn’t require any plugin. For WordPress 3.2 and above.

 Options Panel:

The Option Panel offers following Features:

  • Add social links to appear in the header of the them
    - Twitter
    - Facebook
    - Custom RSS Feeds (eg. Feedburner)
    - Contact Page
  • Add Custom logo
  • Add Favicon
  • Enable or disable content slider
  • Specifiy slider category
  • Add custom CSS styles
  • Add tracking code in the Footer (eg. Google Analytics).

How to use Slider:

Open the editor of the post where you want to display the featured image and locate the ‘Featured Image’ module in the bottom right corner under Page Attributes. Click ‘Set featured image’.

You will see an uploading screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to choose the image from your computer and upload it or choose it from one of the images already in your Media Library. Once the image has successfully been uploaded, look underneath the sizing options, and click Use as featured image.

Don’t forget to click Update on your post/page to save your changes. Your featured image is now set!

This theme is released under GNU General Public License, Version 3.  Feel free to modify it and use it for all of your projects.
