Curiosity is a simple, clean and elegant theme for WordPress 3.5. It is packed with an easy-to-use options panel which makes it very easy to customize the layout. It also holds a beautiful jQuery slider and carousel posts on homepage. There are two widgetized sections in siderbar and footer of the theme where you can use default or custom widgets included in the theme.

This Design is great but if I want to chanche it from silverOrchid to this one it doesen’t work. No Menü or Sidebar works. There is only the text no “buttons”

Same issue for me, I have enabled in Theme Options and set the featured image in the posts, but nothing shows on the homepage slider. Additionally, some images are distorting in the posts. Can you tell me the ideal image dimensions for homepage posts?

Main slider enabled from theme options, and featured image was set, still main slider not working. Why?

I’m having the same problem, the settings are correct and there’s content with featured images. The slider just stays preloading though.

On the topic of curiosity the slide does not work, and so is carrying the images do not appear. already enabled including all images featured. Already the subject silverochid everything works normal.

Hi there! Great theme, but I am also having problems with the slider. I have posts with featured images set up, but the slider doesn’t load… it just shows the load indicator. The website is belfastsacredharp dot com. Did anyone find a solution or can anyone help? I’d really like to use this theme!

No, but it uses text domain for translation. You can easily create translation file by yourself.

Let me give you an example; below every post on home page it says “Read Post →” and I would like to write that in my own language. What steps do I have to do? In which file is that text defined?

I am struggling with the pictures in the slider. They are very distorted and I tried changing the CSS and pictures themselves to fit, but nothing has changed. What exactly do I need to do to get normal looking pictures in the slider?

Have you tried to add a new post and upload the featured image? The images from the previous posts might look distorted but new images should be fine.

Hello, thank you for the awesome theme. I am using facebook comments primarily. Right now I have both WP and FB comments turned on, however I prefer FB comments and would like to have the comment count for facebook comments appear on the main page instead of the wordpress comment count. hello! im using curiosity, and so far I meet one problem. In the post previev in carousele there is a line “no comments” or “comments disabled” how to delete this line?
